Apple TV provides me access to thousands of movies online. It is quick and seamless. But, what I purchased it for was to wirelessly access my I Pad and project presentations on our projector for worship services and teaching classes. I am constantly amazed how simple Apple products do what their made to do with the least amount of extra efforts, rare crashes compared to all my Windows computers.

After using the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8350 all I can say is WOW! We have been amazed with the crystal clear, sharp detail this projector outputs. The Epson 8350 handles the colors wonderfully in every light situation to produce brilliant images. It’s full HD at 1080p and it’s been a wonderful edition to our home theater. I looked around at several projectors and the Epson 8350 blew the competition away with features and pricing.

Pro’s
This unit is full High Definition 1080 P and makes beautiful, clear images. When you compare this unit against others in the same price range it’s simple to chose the Epson 8350. You won’t find a better projector with this many features, or quality of image at this price. I looked at other home cinema projectors and this one was as just as clear and vivid as some that were twice the price. Awesome crisp colors and easy setup make this this obvious choice. Plus it has a 2 year warranty and I’ve never had any problems with Epson products.

I was looking for a projector with an HDMI port for my Logitech Revue so that I could stream TV and other media to a screen on my patio. I was skeptical when I saw this product, but decided to give it a try since there were a lot of good reviews posted about it. I didn’t expect the picture quality to match the Plasma TV I have in the house, but I did expect the product to do what it was advertised to do. After two weeks I can tell you that this is not worth the price. The product is described as “HD Port ready”(what exactly is that supposed to mean?): It does have an HDMI port, and it will accept a 1080i signal from a video source. However, it is not capable of producing a high quality picture. Worse yet, it is advertised as supporting 16:9 aspect ratio but apparently cannot be set to this using the HDMI port or the VGA port.

Picture quality is okay at best with the ranges that they specified. The pitch of the project is odd though. It seems to project downward rather than upward, which makes me think the manufactures intended this to be mounted from the ceiling (but not upside down). As a result, I have to put a couple books under the front to project to my screen without having the project block the view. The manual keystone correction is able to compensate for the position, so I can’t complain there. Focusing is manual, which is what I expected but the control is really cheap and it’s difficult to fine-tune the picture. The sound quality is actually pretty good for a projector. The projector has RCA audio outs which are great if you want to pass your audio from your sources to a single input on a speaker system.

The menus are not laid out very well, and many options aren’t selectable (such as switching from 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratios). It does lead to some humorous situations, such as hitting the power button to turn the projector off and getting a “Is Projector Off?” message displayed (you have to turn the toggle switch to Off on the back). I didn’t try using the remote since I spent most of my time just trying to get the picture set up the way I wanted.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Customer Review

I used mainly for Web browsing, email, book readers and take notes. It does all that very well. I also have some games, but i really do not care that much.

The device came with office apps and exchange mail support, out of box, I have everything I need.

It lacks usb and hdmi port, but i have not come across a moment i need it.

I like it really thin and light. Screen brigtness, battery and performance are all good.

I also watch movies on this, it is very good.

Overall, i think i made a pretty good purchase.

Sony NSX-32GT1 TV Customer Review

I have less than a month to own this TV and I like it so far.
Image is beatiful and sound is very good (this was a surprise, most TVs don’t have good sound).

Connection to Wifi was very easy. Initial set up took me over an hour.
All functions are working perfectly (Live TV, internet, YouTube, HDMI connection, etc)
Price was rigth, difference was minimal when comparing with TVs without Internet TV.
Lowligths:
* Remote control has small buttoms and sometimes I have to use my reading glasses (I’m over 40 now)
* Remote doesn’t have a previous channel bottom so you have to remember
* I don’t like the PIP (I wanted to use it to browse different channels and it only allows me to use other parts of the menu)
* Google TV has a small number of Apps (hopefully that will change)
