Kindle DX Customer Review

I own 2nd gen kindle (and I love it), I recently purchased kindle DX and I love it as well.

Kindle DX is as its own little brother eInk reader. What I love is huge screen which is great for reading PDF documents. You really can read PDFs in the original page layout either in vertical or horizontal view.

If you read a lot of manuals or work related docs, then DX can be great for you. This is exactly the reason why I bought it. I can really read documents on kindle for several hours without any issues (my eyes really hurt after 1 hour of docs reading on the laptop or iPad).

The biggest disadvantage (next to the price) is the weight. It’s really 3x heavier than kindle and if you read a lot of books, kindle DX might not be the best option for you.

I wish it would have wifi as well, but 3G works pretty good in most cases.
